Download hl2.rar file and extract the file inside into your garrys mod addons folder All done, open garrys mod And load into a map, go to addons [legacy] in the spawn menu and find the hl2 menu, then spawn in one of the clothed ragdolls Hold c and right click the ragdoll, and you can undress them using the extended properties mod.
