I have had an ongoing exhaust leak well since about 2 weeks after i got my megan header and i know these are prone to leak so i have changed the gasket by cutting out a template from a sheet of material. So i have a 93 civic lx and i just recently changed my upstream o2 sensor and now i have an exhaust leak from my exhaust manifold I don't really see how that happend but i snapped my first o2 sensor off while trying to replace it so i had to saw the rest of it off, could little pieces falling in. So, i just got a new header and everything, and it mounted up nicely and everything, but where the header connects to the rest of the exhaust, there is still a leak Its pretty good sized too
