The way a moving platform usually works is that it moves you at the speed it was set That's why walking backwards doesn't throw you out of it, since it's taking the speed away and not going from 0 to negative The issue it brings up is that it makes the player's feet feel sticky but haven't had that sort of issue in destiny yet.
