When i log into my xfinity stream app, it only shows my purchases, which is one episode of a show, but it has never done this before

The beta xfinity roku app stopped working entirely for me after i signed up for xfinity flex saying that the beta app didn't support my service I assumed that this was to force me to use the flex tv streaming box hardware After the app changed to xfinity stream, i'm able to sign in but only to view purchased content. I have 3 roku in my home all on same network 2 are a couple of years old and they work fine and i have access to all of my xfinity content and live tv but the new tv model i can only see past movie purchases i have made Clearly not an xfinity issue if the xfinity stream app works on other devices.

Stream app only shows purchases on roku and phones 2 months ago i switched accounts at the same address

(closed one under my name and opened one under wife's name) somehow the 2 accounts must've gotten linked behind the scenes bc my stream app worked with new account for 45 days then reverted to showing old closed account purchases. Started noticing that my tcl tv with roku, on the xfinity stream app, is only showing purchases On another tv, with roku ultra, app works fine I recently learned about the xfinity stream app and downloaded it on all three of my roku tvs I am able to sign in, however the app gets stuck on the purchased screen showing only shows that i previously purchased. Now it only shows purchases and nothing else

I already tried deleting the channel, restarted the roku device and reinstalled the channel, logged in to my xfinity account and i am still having the same isusse.
