On sunday i usually sleep in or have a nap during the day to catch up on sleep if i had a rough week But i used to work night shift for many years so my body clock and sleep patterns are forever corrupted. But you're practically getting your core sleep I'm not saying you shouldn't strive for more, but be gentle and kind to yourself, and be thankful you get consistent sleep At least on nights i actually sleep. However, it's important to keep in mind that everyone's sleep needs are different and can vary based on factors such as age, activity level, and overall health.
While it may seem like enough sleep, regularly getting only five hours of sleep each night may lead to sleep deprivation Some people may find that their individual sleep needs fall outside the recommended range One way to gauge how much sleep a person needs is to have them sleep until they naturally wake up without an alarm. Some people have a superhuman strength Sometimes life calls and we don't get enough sleep In addition, regular interruptions in sleep due to things such as night terrors or the onset of sleep can also cause lack of sleep.
Among other questions, we ask whether sleep deprivation truly can be fatal. I don't really know what to do anymore Are there any major effects with this I would imagine prolonged chronic sleep deprivation certainly isn't good. Is 5 hours of sleep for one night okay Sleeping 5 hours or fewer every night could put you at risk of multiple chronic diseases
A new study using data that spans 25 years has found that getting just five hours of sleep or fewer every night is associated with a higher likelihood of being diagnosed with multiple chronic diseases.
